Insurance

Argh! While I am glad that we have insurance of some kind, I am thoroughly at my wits end. We are still trying to get insurance to pay for some of the testing that was done when Lily first got home in April. No details here, but suffice it to say Monday and Tuesday were very frustrating.

Steve told me that if anything, at least we have the money to pay for the bills. I know he was trying to make me feel better, but our savings is not the point. These services should be covered. It is a matter of finding the code that the insurance company will accept.

I am absolutely not trying to get insurance to pay for something they don't cover (insurance fraud). It is just a matter of dealing with people who aren't versed in international adoption!

I think I will go scream in my pillow now!
